Two evenings of international work
This performance features U.S. premieres by Hungarian artist Ferenc Feher and Russian artist Dimitry Cheglakov. Cheglakov will also perform with Michelle Kinney and Jacqueline Ultan of Jelloslave in a new work composed by Mary Ellen Childs. Performances by Erin Thompson, Laurie Van Wieren and Judith Howard. German artist Till Poehlmann will perform works of light and movement and collaborate with the percussive group Buckets and Tap Shoes. Finally, Hungarian dancer Judit Simon will join Thompson and Feher to continue their collaborative work begun last year in Russia where they co-choreographed without common spoken language.
Friday and Saturday, October 9th and 10th, 8:00 p.m.
Tickets cost $20, $15 with a Link Vostok pr postcard - bring it along.
