Patrick Dewane Presents
HOME FOR CHRISTMAS, 1944
December 13 and 15, 2018
Written and performed by Patrick Dewane
Home for Christmas? On the first Christmas, they weren’t home for Christmas. And three amazing Christmas stories have the same in common: all happened away from home. Two stories from World War Two, the other in the Mayo Clinic. Out of the darkest days of the year comes the unexpected, and the light. And when the pursuit of the perfect Christmas is impossible and you are far from home, you might just have a shot at the perfect Christmas. Based on three funny and quirky true stories, the show features vintage WWII film footage, a sing-along, and perhaps a different perspective on home. From the author and performer of the award-winning THE ACCIDENTAL HERO.
