Open Eye is located 2 blocks south of Franklin Ave on the east side of 35W (between 5th Avenue and Portland Avenue). Free parking is available in the lot on the southeast corner of 24th Street and Portland Avenue.

Our Commitment to Access
Open Eye is committed to both accessibility in all ways:

  • A Pay-as-Able option can be requested for any performance.
  • Open Eye is handicapped accessible. There are no stairs at the street-level entrance and and seating in the theatre is flexible and can be arranged as needed to accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, guide dogs, and interpreters. The bathrooms are fully accessible, as is the backyard garden for social events.
  • Open Eye arranged with the owner of the nearby parking lot at 24th & Portland for accessible spaces.
  • Open Eye provides an ASL-interpreted performance for every production. The company can also provide assisted listening devices on an as-needed basis.
