Support our Fall/Winter Season!
Open Eye Figure Theatre creates original image-driven theater animating the inanimate on an intimate scale and builds community by advancing adventurous, artist-driven programming.
Our Fall/Winter Season got off to an exciting start with storytelling by Kevin Kling and Clare Murphy, and two unique works-in-progress through our FUSEBOX residency program by Sally Rousse and the Wilhelm Brothers. But there’s still much more to come:
A PRELUDE TO FAUST — Michael Sommers’ critically acclaimed puppet epic returns to the stage! Inspired by Sommers’ longtime obsession with Goethe’s dramatic poem about a man who sells his soul to the devil.
THE BELDENVILLE TROLL — Created by Joel Sass, the legend of the Beldenville Troll is yours to explore in an interactive underground cellar brimming with giant bones, severed fingers, haunting shadow shows, and creepy exhibits. Not your average haunted house!
JOHN TRAIN — Annie Enneking’s FUSEBOX project is a deliciously repellent comedy featuring a Neil-Diamond-esque ex-CIA operative breaking down before his final concert.
THE LONGEST NIGHT — Audience favorite Bradley Greenwald celebrates winter’s beauty, the holiday blues, and the soul’s need for rebirth in an eclectic program of words and music as kaleidoscopic as the season. A meditative and joyful performance sure to warm snow-covered hearts!
Please make a contribution to conclude 2018 in creative and financial health. Together, we can keep Open Eye healthy, sustainable, and vibrant. Support Open Eye Figure Theatre with your tax-deductible gift today.
